Trees, Wreaths, Garlands, Florals, And More!

Many people have a Christmas wreath, even if they do not have other decorations.  However, I think you would agree that all the wreaths start to look alike on front doors.  Here are some ideas to spice up your Christmas wreaths for wonderful Season’s Greetings.  Most of these decorating ideas are fun and won’t take much materials or time.  In fact, many of these can be completed in thirty minutes to an hour.

One idea is to decorate your wreath with mini ornaments. You will need some mini ornaments that you can usually purchase either online or at any holiday decorating store.  The small round balls that are shiny make great wreath decorations.  You can also get wreath ornaments personalized that say “Welcome to the Jones” or “Season’s Greetings” or whatever greeting you would like to have.  There are other ideas that are just as easy to implement.

Santas are another way to bring your wreaths to life.  Mini Santa ornaments will help bring in the holiday spirit.  Alternating between Rudolph ornaments and Santa ornaments creates a unique wreath.  Those who love the Nutcracker ballet may find miniature nutcrackers just the right touch.  Bows make great accents for a wreath.  Often some of the most attractive bows are made of either metallic silver or gold ribbon.  Beautiful bows can also be made with velvet.  Finally, adding glitter to your wreath or bows will provide your decoration with extra holiday sparkle!
